Clear limits are not prescribed anywhere. But from personal experience we have made a safe number of likes, subscriptions, etc.
Liking: 900-1000 likes per day;
Following: 700-800 per day;
Unfollowing: 1000 per day (do not unfollow at the same day with follow);
Comments: 150-200 to strangers, 300-400 to your followers;
Direct: 40-50 messages to strangers, 150-200 to your followers.
Using the Proxy.
It is highly recommended to use paid individual IPv4 proxies. Highly recommend use 1 proxy for 1 account. They are not that expensive
stand. It is better to buy once than to worry about freezing your account:)
Time intervals (pauses).
The more delay between likes / subscriptions - the better. Fortunately, cloud service allows you to set the task to work for
the whole day, so the ideal time intervals can easily be calculated by the formula:
"seconds in a day" / "action limit":
Liking: 86-96 seconds
Following: 108-123 seconds
Unfollowing: 86-90 seconds
Comments: 216-576 seconds
Direct: 576-2160 seconds
By default in SMMflow are the optimal settings for the tasks, but you can easily experiment and put your own
limits and intervals. Note, if the account is young, less than 2 months, you need to unwind gradually! Start with
half of the above limits (the time interval can be kept the same) and increase them to the optimal
within a couple of weeks.
Can I promote a new account?
You can, but carefully! The account should be well filled with photos (not less than 6) with a description and hashtags.
Also, mandatory for new accounts - the use of individual proxies.
Start with Laiking, 150-200 likes in the first days of the accounts life will not hurt (but keep in mind the intervals, at least 1-2 minutes between hounds). If you created an activity already on
for a week - you can go to subscriptions, but you do not need to exceed more than half of the limits described
in the previous note! Immediately unsubscribe should not wait a couple of days. When you dial at least 100 subscribers -
you can safely go to the Comments and personal messages in Direct.
Is it possible to extend the SMMflow Plan, not waiting for the end of the term?
Yes, with the extension of any Plan, the expire date is automatically extended by 31 days, with the terms of the new Plan.
That is, if on March 1 you paid the month for the "Beginner" Plan, you have 3 accounts available until the 31st, but if you pay for this
Plan "For Business" - starting from this day, you have 15 accounts available for +31 days, that is, until the 1st of May. In this case, if you first
pay the Plan "For Business", and then go to the "Beginner" Plan, access will also be open until May 1st, but by condition
tariff "Beginner" - 3 accounts.
Need more accounts than plan contains. How to buy?
When paying the fare, in the form of choosing the method of payment will be the button "Need more accounts?".
After clicking, a field for entering the required number of accounts will appear. The amount will be calculated automatically.
If you already have a paid plan, contact support to pay and connect additional accounts.
Please note, connecting additional accounts, terms of the current plan remain the same, including expire date of the plan!
What if you mistakenly paid the wrong Plan?
Such issues are easily resolved through our support. Just write us all the information about the payment and the problem itself.

when buying the tariff "For business".
"Pause required. Task will be activated again in ... " - What does it mean?
Instagram sometimes blocks actions due to the large number of requests from your account or suspicious ip-address. The service automatically pauses before removing restrictions.
Often this happens if you have recently collected a target list, but do not worry, the service will automatically continue to work as soon as it becomes possible. If the task does not start during the day, please write in support.
Account is not active, why? What i have to do?
There are a few reasons why an authorized account can become deactivated:
You changed your password or account nickname;
Instagram needs phone number verification.
In the first case, simply add the account again, using its nickname and password. If you have changed the nickname, you first need to delete from the service the old account. If you have not changed anything, go to the Instagram app and confirm your phone number if required. After that, on the Accounts tab, click on next to the account status and enter the current password in the form on the left.
What is "Basic Features" included?
The basic functionality includes: all the tools to search for target users; Follow; Like; Unfollow; Comments; Statistics.
Beginner plan also includes Direct. "Optimal" and "For Business" plans have all service functions, including viewing stories and greetings for new followes.
I can’t authenticate my account. What to do?
If you fail to add an account the first time. Try the following:
make sure that your account has a linked phone number and e-mail
transfer account to the "business" in the Instagram's settings
link your account with your Facebook profile
enable dual authentication
exit the application, and after a couple of hours, try to authorize the account in the service
"No action allowed" at authorization of the account. What does it mean?
This error appears if you are trying to add the account that has already been added to another account in the trial plan. Reuse of the free plan is not possible. But any account can be added to a paid plan.
