Services of the Service are rendered only after full payment by the Client.
Payment is made through a third-party payment integrator, for which the Service does not bear any responsibility.
After payment, the tariff plan for the period corresponding to the payment amount is automatically activated in the Customers account.
Only one Customer can use the paid account. It is forbidden to transfer your account to third parties.
In case the Customers tariff plan has not been activated after payment, it is necessary to contact the support for clarifying the circumstances.
In case the Customer made a mistake when choosing a tariff, you need to contact the support within 24 hours. After the expiration of this period, the tariff change will not be possible.
This Agreement has the force of the Service Act. Acceptance of the Agreement is made without signing acts.
The Administration reserves the right to disconnect the Customer without the right to refund the money in case of violation of the rules of conduct when commenting on the materials, namely: inciting interethnic conflicts, spam, obscene language, rudeness, insulting the author or participants, blackmail, transfer of access to third parties, use of the Service several people.
By registering with the Service, you agree to receive e-mail notifications regarding the Service. At any time, you can unsubscribe from notifications in the Personal Area.
The Customer confirms that the services ordered by him are not purchased for personal, family, home or other similar needs, and therefore the provisions of the Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-1 of 07.02.1992 "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" are not applicable to legal relations between the Client and the Contractor".
3. Terms and procedure of return of funds
The client has the right to receive a full or partial refund of funds in the cases described in clauses 2, 3 and 4 of this section.
The main functions of the Service (Authorization, Search, Liking, Subscription) do not work and the problem has not been resolved within 24 hours.
By mistake, the customer paid more than 1 time
In individual cases, agreed with the Service Administration.
The refund is carried out in full or after deduction of used days.
The Service Administration is not responsible for not providing services of the Service for reasons related to hosting, Instagram and other problems beyond the control of the Administration.
Administration is not responsible for how the Customer uses the Service.
The parties are not liable for delays or non-fulfillment of their obligations under this Agreement and / or arrangements as a result of force majeure circumstances, including (without limitation) natural disasters, acts of government or regulatory authorities, wars, fire (fire), floods, explosions , terrorism, rebellion, civil unrest, hacker attacks, absence, non-operation or malfunction of energy supply, Internet service providers, communication networks or other systems, networks and services.
The Client undertakes not to transfer access to the Personal Cabinet to third parties.
5. Term and change of rules
The rules come into force from the moment of registration by the Client in the Service. All disputes and disagreements are resolved by negotiations of the Parties.
All issues not regulated by the rules are resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from liability.
